2. How do I book a consultation?

You can book a free, basic (£50), or advanced (£100) consultation through our online booking page. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

3. Can I customize the Canva templates myself?

Yes! Our Canva templates are fully editable through a shared template link. You can update text, colors, and images to fit your event style. Some templates may include premium Canva elements which require a Canva Pro subscription for watermark-free downloads.

4. What if I don’t have Canva Pro?

If you don’t have Canva Pro, you can still edit templates and use them digitally. For print-ready, watermark-free files, we offer a paid “Watermark-Free Download Service” where we prepare and send you final files.

5. How do I receive my completed designs?

For custom design services, final files will be delivered digitally in your preferred format (PDF, PNG, or vector) via email or file sharing.

6. What is your revision policy?

Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional changes can be made for a small fee.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?

Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for free consultations and 48 hours in advance for paid services to avoid fees.

8. How do payments work?

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept secure payments via Square or direct payment links.

9. Do you offer printing services?

Currently, we focus on digital designs and templates. However, we partner with trusted printers and can recommend print services if needed.
